Within this flexible format, any topic of importance to the participants can be explored in detail using a variety of techniques including audio and multimedia. Frequently, the programs feature a core group of skills such as letter and report writing, meetings, negotiations and presentations.
These are supplemented with further modules designed to develop the lexical ability of the participants to allow them to confidently communicate with their international colleagues.
